Absolutely wonderful! We read about this spot on a few sites and had to check it out while we were in town. We love a great cozy craft cocktail bar and this was just perfect. The vibes were so gorgeous, welcoming, and warm. We had a few drinks which were fabulous. Well made, and the bartenders listened to our likes and even made some custom stuff with local ingredients. It definitely felt like a great neighborhood spot and they took great care of everyone - tourists and locals promptly and warmly. This was one of our best nights out, wish we would’ve gone earlier! David and Joen were just wonderful local guys and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Enjoyed the movie themed cocktails & décor. Cocktails were just okay. Would recommend Law & Order over this bar, oddly enough I believe they are owned by the same person.

We LOVED this bar. So welcoming, friendly and delicious drinks. I had the server surprise me with something from the ‘western’ menu, which is more alcohol forward drinks and she didn’t hesitate. She walked away and said , ‘I got it’. I appreciate that kind of demeanor. She knew what was good and I was gonna get it. She was right. There’s a banana bread cocktail called ‘The man with no name’ that was insane. Actually served with a small chunk of banana bread. Then the bartender suggested the Vieux Carre. We both got one and liked it more than The man with no name, which I didn’t know was possible. Really loved it here and would go out of my way to come back!

Kindly disregard any previous unfavourable reviews made by those perhaps less acquainted with the art of fine drinking — it is in your own best interest to do so. On a late Sunday afternoon, my friends and I found ourselves at Bar Oldenhof. Some were initially hesitant, swayed by online commentary, yet I persuaded them to trust the experience — and rightly so. We were warmly welcomed and promptly seated at a table well-suited to our group. Service began with water and a courteous overview of the menu, followed by bespoke cocktail recommendations thoughtfully tailored to each of us. What was meant to be a casual round turned into a delightful series of impeccably crafted drinks. The cocktails were balanced, elegant, and executed with finesse — far too enjoyable to resist. We left thoroughly pleased, appetite whetted, and with an excellent dinner recommendation to round off the evening. Many thanks to the Oldenhof team for a truly distinguished experience.
