We recently stayed at Grand Imperial, Agra and had a truly wonderful experience. The hospitality, ambience, and overall service were excellent throughout our stay. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. The swimming pool area was clean and refreshing, and the beautiful open garden added a peaceful and pleasant charm to the property. The food and overall atmosphere made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so comfortable and memorable. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
An absolute gem! 💎A very underrated place, we absolutely loved our stay here! 💯 It had a heritage and regal property feel, with all the amenities of a modern luxury hotel. The reception area was well-decorated and they welcomed us with garlands! 🏵️It was so special. We also played Holi in the gardens so it holds special place for our group. The food was good and we enjoyed the evening music. The hotel compound is big and the swimming area is calm and relaxing. The electricity in my room kept going off so I had to call maintenance twice but they sorted it out after a few minutes and overall, the service was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here if I come to Agra again💫🌟. P.S: Water from the faucet has a salty taste, so we brushed using bottled water. The light switches control the power, so if you switch them off, you can’t charge your phone overnight.
I had booked the hotel for my in laws and all the five people staying were 80+, I was really concerned about them. However hotel took exceptional care for them. The staff was courteous and always available, a special mention to Saurabh and Nandini who took care of my booking which was really smooth. Tara Sura, The General Manager upgraded them and visited them everyday. I am really thankful to her for going an extra mile to ensure their comfort. I surely look forward to another trip there.
Great place to stay. Amazing rooms with heritage layout and furniture. Gardens were nice to relax in. The restaurant was very good too, and the evening live music was great! Some rooms have bad view though (whereas other rooms of the same type have great views), I got unlucky in which room I was given...
I visited Grand Imperial Hotel and reached around 2 AM. They charged ₹4000 for about 10 hours, which felt quite expensive. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which I liked. The swimming pool was also good and well-maintained. However, hygiene was not up to the mark. The bathroom, in particular, was disappointing and not worth the price. Breakfast was okay—not great, but acceptable considering it was included. Overall, the property has good space and facilities, but hygiene and pricing need improvement.
