We had such an outstanding stay at Taj Agra. From the moment we began planning the trip to the time we checked out, the service was exceptional. Wilson was incredibly supportive, helping organize our transfers and sightseeing months in advance and continuing to assist us throughout our stay. Everything felt effortless because of his attention to detail. We also really enjoyed our time in the club lounge. Gagan went above and beyond with his hospitality and generously shared helpful tips for the next legs of our journey, which we truly appreciated. A sincere thank you as well to the chef for preparing thoughtful, customized dishes for our nieces and nephews. Those small touches meant so much to our family. Each morning at breakfast, Ashish welcomed us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. On one of our early travel days, he kindly packed delicious food for us to take along, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Subrata’s storytelling about the Taj Mahal was both beautiful and engaging, and the puppet show was such a fun surprise. The pottery experience was another special addition that made our stay even more memorable. We really appreciated how the hotel thoughtfully incorporates these cultural touches to enhance the overall experience. Overall, it was an incredible stay. The location makes visiting the Taj Mahal and nearby sights so convenient, and the level of care and hospitality makes it a place we would wholeheartedly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at Taj, Agra. from food to their hospitality, everything was up to the mark..Mr Ankit and jaykush at Palato dining were so friendly and courteous towards us.. special thanks to the chef who made non spicy food our kiddos.. Rooms were clean, property was well mainted and worth every penny.. Noore taj was one of the best part of our stay. Mr Subrata'song was cherry on the cake.highly recommend taj agra.

My highlight was sunset at affinity pool. Beautiful. I left my huge room & housekeeping made my bed put the cutest elephant on bed and gave me a soft fluffy mat in bathroom. Shower head good pressure, everything in room was perfect. Buffet delicious. There were kids activities i watched. I had no kids but it all was so well thought out. I was walking distance to street food & chai. I like walking felt safe in area. Had a great guide to Taj Mahal. That was spectacular fabulous love story. The colours through the day magnificent. Thanks for your kindness all your staff were attentive. 🌻🌻

A great stay at the Taj.......overlooking the Taj Mahal. This hotel offers the guest with an amazing experience with its pools, restraurants, spa and well maint gym. Their Infinity Pool on the roof top is the best feature. The service is what one expects out of a Taj Property.......warm and precise. However, for smokers.......this hotel does limit the options available in case one chooses a non smoking room. Overall, a fantastic stay.
