- The ambience of the place is really good. The interior is highly inspired by Taj - The food was good (Taste was not bland like other hotels) - 1 star less because there were no options for starters - No lift option available. So it could be a trouble for elderlies - Hospitality is good here - Overall good experience. Nice place to visit
Very very average food. We expected some authentic dishes being such an old restaurant. The Delhi butter chicken was really bad. It tasted only tangy and there were no tint of sweetness in it. The courses were not balanced at all. Starters served with bread/ roti and were limited options to choose from. The main course had small portions but desert was bigger in portion. There were no chicken biryani available to my surprise. The risotto, Falooda, Paneer butter masala, Crab dish, Fish and chips, Mutton rara were just average. I could not identify a dish that I can say I will recommend someone. Service is good but they did not take any out of menu orders on request. We wanted to have amritsari fish or any fish tikka. But they denied . The did have chicken tikka and other fish dish. We visited for a late lunch so we might have observed very late service but staffs were cordial. One of the starter came with desert. The chocolate crumbs desert was okay but the Tuile was very bad with taste of old oil.
The quality and variety of the Indian lunch buffet spread truly impressed us. Starting with a delightful Mango Lassi that set the perfect tone for the meal, everything was a treat for the senses. The naan was freshly made and perfectly soft, complementing the array of vegetarian Indian dishes that were rich in flavor and authentic to the cuisine. Each dish was a testament to their dedication to quality and taste. The highlight, however, was the dessert buffet! A wonderful fusion of traditional Indian sweets and creative Western-inspired desserts left us spoilt for choice. Every bite was indulgent and left a lasting impression.
One of the best multicuiaine three meal restaurant located in one of the best Hotel of Agra “ ITC Mughal”. I Visited Taj Bano for a Sunday brunch and the variety was insane to say the least. Other than regular dishes which are usually in all buffet they had a good variety of Andhra dishes, also quite a few dishes of Millet which is a great initiative under Responsible Eating. The ambience is very pleasing and inviting. Also the service and hospitality is always been a high point whenever I visit Mughal. All in all a great place to spend some quality time and eat great food.
Itc has always exceeded all parameters of excellence. We came here for the first time after it's renovation. The new menu is extraordinarily extensive and after trying any one dish, you are left so mesmerized that you feel like trying everything on the menu. Chef Anhad and our server Krishna are very humble and made sure that we had the best of the experience. Chef Anhad got us a mango lassi which was next level of mango shrikhand.
