Dear Team, Yesterday evening, on 16 May 2026, we had dinner at Peshawari. As very regular customers of Peshawari, we have always enjoyed the delicious food and excellent hospitality. However, this time our experience was quite disappointing. The quality of the food was not up to the mark, and the service was also very poor. Specifically: The kebabs tasted as if they were frozen. The pineapple raita was not good. Your signature dal, which we usually love, was also disappointing. The only highlight of the meal was the naan, which was exceptionally delicious yesterday. We have never expected such a quality experience from ITC Peshawari, which is why I felt it important to share this feedback with you. Regards, Ankit Mangalick
Had a magical time eating at this amazing restaurant!!!! The chef and kitchen are apart of the experience so you can really feel immersed in the India 🇮🇳 culture. You eat with your fingers so be prepared. The food has a lot of flavor so prep for that too. This is more traditional Indian cuisine and I very much like the setup and vibe. Because the kitchen is visually part of the restaurant you can taste the smells and smoke from the fine dining. Drink menu is quite robust considering it’s a traditional Indian cuisine. I’d recommend gong with the Gold or Platinum menu options.
Went to Peshawri for my Dad's birthday. Had high expectations because of its name and reviews but was disappointed. The things that were not upto the standards were 1- Service: The whole restraunt was mostly filled by foreigners and it felt we were ignored because of it as nobody was coming to our table. We were served by Sunil. Had to multiple time call him to explain the menu or even take order. Even when making payment had to call him twice. 2- Food: We are vegetarian. The options were very limited. My parents dont eat onion and garlic. Asked about what in the menu can be made for them. Got reply from the chef that almost all of dishes have it and only a Paneer makhani can be made without onion and garlic. We were dissapointed by the response as similar request in other 5 star restraunts in Agra yielded much different result. Only reason I think is that most of veg dishes are pre cooked and brought to restraunt. 3- Taste: We had read about Dal bhukara of this restraunt being good. I dont know but when we ordered the taste was missing. Even Paneer makhni was not good. Strange thing was that nobody came even to check with us whether we were liking our food or not, maybe they knew that today food were not upto the mark or busy with the foreigners. 4- Price: Its okay but if you compare it with the quality of both food and service its overhyped and overpriced. There are many better places to go in agra. Peshawari you need to up your game.
Had a wonderful dining experience at Peshawri, Agra with my wife and son. The food was delicious and full of authentic flavours. We especially loved the mutton kebab perfectly cooked, tender and packed with taste. Overall, a great place for a memorable family meal. Highly recommended!
Peshawri lives up to the Bukhara hype with excellent vegetarian food. Their daal bukhara and paneer khurchan are to die for and their fresh tandoori breads with their chefs behind the tandoor are incredible. The cherry on the cake, literally, were the desserts - amazing phirni, kulfi and gulab jamun. Mobin, Sunil, Krishna and Udayveer especially ensured we had an incredible experience.
