Absolutely wonderful experience! The hospitality was truly outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Specially Arnim and kumud and the manager. Every detail was handled with care, making the entire experience comfortable and memorable. You can really feel the dedication to great service. I was quite surprised by the cleanliness and management issues at the Taj property I visited. The menu was sticky and unclean, the water bottles appeared to be neglected, and it felt like the staff lacked proper training. Overall, it was not the quality I expected from a Taj property. The food was good, I order Long Island Ice Tea which did not feel, look or taste like the cocktail, it was just cold team with alcohol. No effort was made to make it look presentable! Horrible. Avoid.

Beautiful private indoor dining room on the terrace. The meal was beautiful and the service was very good. Nice view of Taj Mahal in the distance. Good for a large business lunch or dinner.

Fantastic area to wine and dine. The ambiance is incredible especially when it’s quiet and not to busy. We arrived just a little after 10pm. Staff is so welcoming and leave you to look at the menu for as long as you want without any hassle. The rooftop is really relaxing. We had drinks here on our last night in Agra and it was perfect. It started getting really late and even though we were the last ones there we didn’t feel rushed out at all. But as always the Radisson blu chains are second to none in my personal opinion. Very relaxed, chilled environment while I was on the rooftop it did not feel I was in India at all. 🙃😂 Cocktails were also made to perfection. I got ‘Sex on the beach’ but minis the orange so you then have yourself a ‘woo woo’ cocktail. Very popular nationwide and could always be added to your menu in future 😉 delish! 🍹💯🙌🏼
