I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. A special thanks to the receptionists, Royce and Herzel, who were extremely kind, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The food at the hotel restaurant was also very delicious, and I really enjoyed the overall experience. The only small remark I would mention is that the pools were a bit crowded and felt slightly small at times. Other than that, everything was amazing. Thank you so much for the great hospitality and excellent service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others!

Our stay at Premier Inn Capital Centre Abu Dhabi was good overall. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff provided good service. A special mention goes to the pool lifeguard, Esrael from Uganda. During our stay, I witnessed him quickly rescue a young girl who was struggling in the pool. His alertness, professionalism, and dedication were truly impressive. Dear management, Esrael is a great asset to your team and deserves recognition for his outstanding work.

I had an amazing stay overall. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit, which made a big difference. The rooms were clean, comfortable, the ac was not cool though, overall the experience was a pleasant and relaxing environment. Breakfast, however, was a bit disappointing. While there was a reasonable selection, i believe the scrambled eggs in particular lacked flavor and could be improved. That said, aside from the breakfast experience, everything else met my expectations, and I would still consider this a good stay.

We stayed from Friday to Saturday and overall the hotel staff inside the property were very polite, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience at the pool area was very disappointing. The lifeguard was constantly on his phone instead of paying proper attention to the pool area, which did not feel safe or professional. The restaurant service by the pool was also very poor. Staff would not come to the tables, and guests had to repeatedly go inside just to ask for menus or place orders. I also ordered a juice advertised as “fresh natural juice,” but it tasted like packaged juice from a carton. The burger from the kids menu looked nothing like the photo shown on the menu, which was frustrating and misleading. It’s a shame because the rest of the hotel service was genuinely good, but the pool area management and restaurant service standards need significant improvement.
