I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for two days with my family, and since I was already familiar with the property and its location, choosing it again felt like the right decision. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the front desk and housekeeping teams for making our stay smooth and comfortable. The complimentary room upgrade was a wonderful surprise, And the room itself was spotless clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The hotel also has a small play area for children, which my little one absolutely enjoyed. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast as well, adding to the overall pleasant experience. In short, if I get the chance, I would definitely visit again. A special thanks to the entire team for making our family stay truly comfortable and memorable.
Great stay in room 1220! May 21 to May 26 The room was very clean, quiet, and had everything needed for a comfortable night. Friendly staff and hassle-free service. Excellent value for money in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended! (
The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, kind and always ready to assist. The housekeeping team did a great job maintaining it clean throughout our stay. The staff were helpful. A very pleasant stay ☺️ 😊
overall experience was good but the rooms were smaller than expected and had no proper lights. during evenings and nights, the room used to be extremely dark. also there were only 1-2 vegetarian options for breakfast. this does not justify the extremely pricy breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and there was no shower gel available as the dispenser was empty. I tried calling reception more than three times, but no one answered. I requested basic amenities such as a dental care kit, but the service was unsatisfactory. In addition, the baby cot provided was in poor condition, damaged, and not suitable for use. I was using the swimming pool, and when I returned to my room at approximately 12:10 PM, my key card had been deactivated, preventing me from entering the room. The staff’s attitude was not friendly or welcoming, and the overall customer service experience was poor. Furthermore, the room was extremely small and did not meet my expectations. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of service for future guests.
