An absolutely wonderful dining experience at Finz. A huge thank you to Chef Luca for a truly superb meal, the Elements in Motion tasting menu was exceptional from start to finish. Each dish was beautifully presented and thoughtfully curated, with delicate and intricate flavours that perfectly balanced European influences with an Asian flair. Every course felt like a journey, with attention to detail and creativity. A special mention to Sujata and the entire team for their warm, attentive, and seamless service, which made the experience even more memorable. Just returned from our 8th Visit to Beach Rotana and had some lunches and dinners at Finz (one of our favourites at the resort). I was a little concerned about the new menu as it was missing some of our old favourites (Seafood Biryani etc) but these concerns were soon forgotten once we'd tasted the food - OMG Chef Luca has taken the food to a completely new level. Every dish we had was amazing - like a party in your mouth on every course - and the presentation was stunning - Michelin stars all the way. Oh and the service from Tanika and her team was top notch (as it's always been) we were extremely well looked after on every visit. Our only issue is that we couldn't dine there as often as we'd liked due to me competing at OMGAD. Well done to all and looking foward to coming back as soon as we're able.
