Chic & Sophisticated Sushi is divine as are some of the amazing signature offerings from the carefully curated menu. The chefs are the true hero's as hand prepare every Sushi dish to order and with an open kitchen you can see the experts working their culinary magic. Set in the iconic St Regis, the inside is more intimate and ideal for a more quiet and elegant dining with outside overlooking the majestic views. The staff are attentive and knowledgable and they even hand grate the fresh Wasabi right in front of you and that's a bit of wow. The prices are inline with the high standard and definitely approach as a sharing concept to sample as many flavours as possible. A booking at the usual peak times is essential and the overall experience is sublime.

This restaurant is a must. The food is definitely of Michelin quality and the chef, Mr. KUTWAROO, is very creative- maybe a new rising star in the Michelin world. The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. The atmosphere was again also very nice. First time, out of 3 evenings we went there all 3. This time it will be at least 2 nights there. Thank you Chef Kutwaroo and staff for making our evenings an event for food lovers. We will definitely come back again and again.

Beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere. Started off with a bit of a negative experience due to a miscommunication, but the way the issue was rectified was exemplary. The staff truly went above and beyond, pulling out all the stops, and once the chicken and vegetables gyoza arrived, they were 100%—10/10. Beautiful flavors and presentation; hats off to the chef. Highly recommend when they get it right. Tip: If you prefer chicken breast, please request it. :-)
